Nishant Soni & Associates (NSA) is a Mumbai-headquartered professional services firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Valuers, established in 2013. About Nishant

CA Nishant Soni, Founder of NSA, brings over a decade of experience in financial advisory, valuation, transaction advisory, assurance, and business strategy. As a Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer, he has advised promoters, investors, family offices, and growing enterprises across a wide range of industries, helping them navigate complex financial and strategic decisions.

His extensive experience in executing over 2,000 valuation and advisory engagements has provided him with a unique understanding of business drivers, capital allocation, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, financial performance, and value creation. This breadth of exposure enables him to bring a CFO's perspective to every engagement—balancing strategic vision with financial discipline.

Through NSA's Virtual CFO practice, Nishant works closely with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen finance functions, improve profitability, optimize cash flows, enhance reporting frameworks, and support growth initiatives. His approach combines technical expertise with practical commercial insight, enabling clients to make informed decisions and build scalable, resilient businesses.

A firm believer in continuous learning, he has pursued advanced professional qualifications, including Dip.
